Weddings at the NYC City Hall
The NYC Marriage Bureau got a $12.3 million makeover in 2009 hoping to attract more brides and grooms from all over the world and turn Manhattan into a top marriage destination and its has been a success.
I have done many civil weddings and hoping to do more every year.
The following couple are from England and they were so much fun. They found me in Craigslist and loved my work right away. They did hire me directly from London making payments through my pay-pal account.
